For residential house construction and condominium renovation projects, MKL provides services under a DIY Construction Management approach, whereby the project owner or the owner’s representative manages the project directly. MKL’s team performs construction inspections in accordance with the selected service option and provides inspection reports together with professional recommendations.
Pre-Construction Phase Support
Clients may enroll in the DIY Construction Management course to learn the principles of managing a construction project independently, including project planning, designer and contractor selection, contract administration, budget control, and construction management throughout each stage of the project. Standard design agreement and construction contract templates are also provided for practical application.
