Construction Monitoring & Reporting

Construction Monitoring & Reporting services are suitable for projects in which the project owner or the owner’s representative manages the project directly, with support from MKL’s inspection findings and professional advisory services.

• The service is carried out through systematic periodic inspections of construction activities at an agreed frequency, for example, twice per week.
• Any defects or issues identified during the inspections will be communicated to the contractor for corrective action.
• The consulting engineer will prepare summary reports for submission to the client and provide advisory support on matters related to project execution and construction activities.
