    • Prepare and manage project schedule to ensure project completion within schedule.
    • Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project untill project is completed.
    • Report on project status and take appropriate actions to ensure project progress is on schedule.
    • Project budget management
    • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 2 years experiences in in Construction.
    • Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
    • Fully precast and building construction experiences is preferred
    • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
    • Convenient to work upcountry
    • Own a car

    Responsibilities:

    • Design Development: Conceptualize, design, and execute a variety of visual materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, web banners for Desktop and Mobile, and other marketing collateral.
    • Brand Consistency: Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure a consistent visual identity across all design materials.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with different departments within the organization to understand their design needs and deliver effective solutions.
    • Generate innovative design concepts that support construction projects and effectively communicate messages to employees, and clients. Ensure consistency in design and branding across all in-house materials, adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining the company’s visual identity.
    • Edit and retouch images as needed to improve overall visual quality.
    • Prepare design files for printing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to printing standards.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
    • Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
    • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues in various departments.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Knowledge of current design trends and a passion for staying updated with the latest design tools and techniques.
    • Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
